The Guide introduces the domestic laws and judicial practices regarding enforcement of foreign judgments in civil and commercial matters across 20 significant jurisdictions around the globe (among others, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore and France, etc.). Each Chapter was drafted by a leading law firm with relevant expertise in the respective jurisdiction. Heng Wang, Jiaxing Xu and Huahua Chen contributed the China Chapter to the Guide.
