Aohan Wang has over 16 years’ practicing experience in the fields of intellectual property and dispute resolution.

Aohan Wang has solid educational background and practicing experience in intellectual property legal service, especially in the sectors of materials, green energy, electronic communications, and semi-conductor. She is specialising in patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation & administrative litigation, trade secret infringement litigation. Aohan Wang also has extensive experience in providing overall strategic legal advice on IP protection, patentability analysis, free-to-operate (FTO), and establishment of patent & trade secret system.

Aohan Wang joined Global Law Office as a partner in 2023. Prior to joining GLO, Aohan Wang served in State Intellectual Property Office as patent judge for over 10 years. From 2018, she had worked as a senior IP consultant in a Fortune 500 company, then a full-time lawyer in King & Wood Mallesons Beijing office.
