Zhibin Li represents major investment banks, private equity funds, commercial banks and Fortune 500 multi-national companies in their China related transactions. His clients include Blackstone, KKR, TPG, Apollo, Warburg Pincus, Alibaba, Goldman Sachs, GIC, JDP, JPMorgan, Standard Chartered, GE, Thomson Reuters, Primavera-capital, Related, DNE Group, ESR Group, etc. Zhibin Li has handled lots of transactions of debt and equity investment relating to China, especially in the real estate and healthcare industries.
