自第一版解读发布后，中国政府出台了《个人信息安全规范》并公布了《网络安全等级保护定级指南》征求意见稿。此外，中国政府还提出改革网络安全和信息安全监管机构的方案。上述变革不但体现了中国逐步成熟的网络安全监管体制，也对国内机构及外商投资企业的合规提出了新的挑战。

Since the first edition, China government has issued a personal information security standard and circulated draft guidelines for grading of tiered protection for network security. China has also stated that it will reform the regulatory authority responsible for information and cybersecurity in China. While these changes demonstrate a maturing cybersecurity regulatory regime, they also bring compliance challenges for domestic and foreign-invested enterprises alike.
