近日，环球律师事务所周磊、李嘉杰和陈筝妮独家受邀参与撰写的《国际比较法律指南：商务犯罪》（The International Comparative Legal Guide: Business Crime 2021，以下简称“商务犯罪2021”），已于近日正式发布。

《商务犯罪2021》汇集了世界10个主要司法区域（包括中国、美国、德国、法国、瑞士、意大利、荷兰、阿根廷、新加坡、日本），由世界法律集团（Global Legal Group）旗下的国际比较法律指南（International Comparative Legal Guides）荣誉出品，邀请在各司法区域相关领域的资深法律人士撰稿，具有权威性和专业性。环球律师事务所周磊、李嘉杰和陈筝妮此次撰写了其中有关中国法域的相关章节。

Business Crime 2021 covers 10 major jurisdictions around the world (including China, the United States, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, Argentina, Singapore, and Japan) and is published by International Comparative Legal Guides (“ICLG”) under Global Legal Group. ICLG has invited leading legal professionals in each jurisdiction to contribute to this well recognized legal guide. Alan Zhou, Jacky Li and Jenny Chen have contributed the relevant chapters to Chinese jurisdiction in this publication.
