当事務所では、2008年に独占禁止法が施行される前から、独占禁止、国家安全審査及び不正競争防止分野に特化した弁護士チームを設置し業務に当たっています。

当事務所の独占禁止・競争法チームは、豊富な実務経験を有するパートナー弁護士及びアソシエイト弁護士より組成されています。その多くは、国内外の独占禁止法執行機関（商務部、国家発展改革委員会及び工商行政管理機関、欧州委員会競争総局）での勤務経験、又は裁判官として長期にわたる行政法執行又は審判業務に従事した経験があり、また弁護士としても豊富な経験を積んでいます。また、医薬品や知的財産に関する専門知識を備えた弁護士もチームメンバーに入っており、卓越した対応能力を備えています。当事務所の独占禁止・競争法チームは、英語、日本語、韓国語等の複数の外国語を使用した業務が可能であり、ハイクオリティな法的サービスを提供することができます。
