Dispute Resolution: Eva Nie regularly acts as lead counsel for multinational and domestic corporations in high-stakes, complex commercial disputes. Her litigation and arbitration experience spans investment and M&A controversies, equity transfer disputes, and competition law matters. She has represented clients before the Supreme People’s Court, various High and Intermediate People’s Courts, specialized Intellectual Property Courts, and leading arbitration institutions including the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC) and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SAC).

 

Antitrust&Competition: Eva Nie advises extensively on merger control filings and the defense of antitrust investigations. She has managed multiple full notification procedures before the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), conducted numerous pre-filing assessments, and overseen compliance screening for hundreds of potential notifiable transactions. Her representative matters involve clients such as Tencent, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd., BorgWarner Inc., SAIC Motor, Boehringer Ingelheim, Henan Runhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Harmony Auto.
