Hao Zhong has represented a prominent insurer in guarantee insurance contract disputes involving approximately RMB 300 million; successfully recovered losses for a Zhejiang-based investor in a share transfer dispute valued at RMB 180 million; acted for a multinational enterprise from Zhejiang in administrative litigation concerning land idleness against the Sanya Municipal Government and Hainan Provincial Government; advised an environmental protection company from Inner Mongolia in multi-party disputes over financial loans, corporate interest damages, and equity transfers through litigation and arbitration; secured full favorable outcomes for a state-owned pharmaceutical company in Beijing across several litigation matters; represented an internationally renowned hairdressing brand in an arbitration regarding a shareholder capital increase agreement; and handled an investor’s cooperative business dispute with the Qiu Guo hotel brand.
