Kezhou Cheng is a Beijing-based of counsel of Global Law Office. His primary practice areas include dispute resolution, real estate and corporate construction engineering and compliance risk control. Kezhou Cheng has represented hundreds of cases in courts and arbitration committees all around the country.

In recent years, Kezhou Cheng has mainly served clients including Moutai Group, China Resources Group, Coherent Corp, Fangda Group, Carrier China, Siemens China, Otis, Beitou Cultural Tourism, and Kunlun Hotel, among other well-known domestic and foreign enterprises.

Kezhou Cheng brings his experience in handling disputed cases into non-contentious projects, allowing the legal work for non-contentious matters to be approached from a dispute perspective, offering more diverse solutions for non-contentious matters.

In recent times, Kezhou Cheng has handled the following cases: acting as an agent for a government in handling a cooperation agreement arbitration case involving an amount exceeding 500 million yuan; acting as an agent for a Hong Kong fund company in handling a stock repurchase arbitration case involving an amount exceeding 600 million yuan; acting as an agent for a state-owned enterprise in handling a mining construction project arbitration case involving an amount exceeding 100 million yuan; and acting as an agent for a well-known curtain wall specialty contracting company in handling a construction subcontracting contract litigation case involving an amount exceeding 50 million yuan.
