Meiling Ling is a partner of Global Law Office and specialized in capital markets, M&A and PE/VC. Industries in which she has been involved include TMT, education, pharmaceutical industry, finance, high technology, mineral resources, logistics, real estate and manufacturing industry, etc.

Meiling Ling has advised on a number of equity offerings on overseas capital markets (Hong Kong Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and New York Stock Exchange).

Meiling Ling has advised on a number of companies on the issuance and listing of various types of domestic and foreign bonds, preferred stocks, perpetual bonds, and other bond varieties.

Meiling Ling also advised listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, private equity funds and growth companies on a number of investment, financing and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Global, Meiling Ling worked with Jingtian & Gongcheng in the areas of capital market, M&A, PE/VC and general corporate matters.
