He has extensive experience across sectors such as life sciences & healthcare, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, real estate and retail.

Paul Bao has participated in and led a significant number of private equity transactions. His responsibilities include deal structure design, legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, negotiations support, providing legal advice, and facilitating deal closings.

Additionally, he possesses comprehensive experience across private fund lifecycle, which includes fund formation & establishment, fund investments, and fund liquidation.
