Shihan Yang also has rich experience in the fields of hotel and real estate management, and corresponding dispute resolution. He has participated in over ten projects between international hotel management companies and domestic developers, assisting developers in the process of preliminary contract consultations and negotiations and handling some disputes. He has represented the owner of a landmark hotel in Xinjiang, a subsidiary of a listed company in Guizhou, and the owner of a well-known hotel in Zhejiang in arbitration cases and dispute resolution matters regarding hotel management contracts. He has also represented the owner of a commercial complex and represented a Japanese materials enterprise in arbitration cases.
