Jin Liu is a partner of GLO based in Shenzhen. He specialized in Banking and Finance, M&A, Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
Mr. Liu has provided services for a number of financial institutions including Standard Chartered, HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, MayBank, ANZ, OCBC, Deutsche Bank, RBS, UOB, BNY Mellon, Fubon Bank, Morgan Stanley, Kasikorn Bank, Sumitomo Bank, DBS, Wing Lung Bank, WeBank, Fujian Huatong Bank, CDB, China Exim Bank, CR Trust, Ping An Trust, Dongxing Securities, involved in the fields of general loan transactions, project finance, M&A finance, local incorporation of foreign banks, establishment of private bank, corporate governance, compliance, financial leasing, aircraft sale and leasing, trust plans and asset management plans, etc.

Vincent Wang is a partner based in our Shanghai office. Liam Yu is a partner based in our Shenzhen office. He specializes in public takeover, domestic and international private mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, IPO in Hong Kong, litigation, employment law and other corporate and commercial practice areas.
Mr. Yu has extensive experience in M&A of Consumer Products Industry. During 2012-2016, he assisted leading Consumer Products Group in Great China such as CR Ng Fung/ China Resources Enterprise to acquire alternative assets in the fields of rice& breeding industry and fruit trade for successful upgrading. Since 2017, he represented leading PE fund which focus on the consumer products industry in series deals of mobile games, internet performance management and advertising. He has therefore profound understanding in terms of risk controlling, characteristic and deal structure of Consumer Products Industry.
Mr. Yu also involved in many Hong Kong IPOs and MSA deal of Hong Kong listed companies. During 2009-2016, he played an important role in the IPO of Fuhe papers, China Liansu, Hydoo International and Redco properties. He also advised many private companies in PRC for their Hong Kong IPO projects. Between 2016&2017, he represented CITIC real estate in the landmark deal with China Overseas with successful closing. Mr. Yu is very familiar with regulatory policy, risk control, restructure plan and PRC legal opinion in respect with Hong Kong IPO project.
Besides, Mr. Yu also represented many foreign owned enterprises (Fortune Global 500) to handle their massive lay-off plans and complicated labor disputes against former executives. He has in-depth understanding in respect of lay-off projects, negotiation during strike and defense strategy in difficult labor disputes with unique thoughts on localization & practice of PRC labor laws.

Yuqing Zhang is a partner based in our Shenzhen office. He specializes in trust, M&A and dispute resolution.
Mr. Zhang provides legal services for financial and quasi-financial clients, such as bank, trust company, security company, insurance company, public fund management company and private investment company. He has participated in hundreds of trust and asset management projects, covering industries of real estate, infrastructure, energy, security, notes and alternative investment.
Mr. Zhang has acted as leading lawyer in many M&A deals, helped clients invest in the industries of real estate, infrastructure, shoes manufacturing, steel, cement, animal husbandry, rice, fruits trade and package. Recently, Mr. Zhang helped some real estate companies acquiring real estate projects and helped clients investing in urban renewal projects.
Mr. Zhang also specializes in dispute resolution. His services include designing dispute resolution strategy and representing clients in all phases of litigation and arbitration. Mr. Zhang has represented clients in many cases regarding trust investment, partner disputes, equity disputes, loan, capital contribution, construction contract, product liability, trade secret, unfair competition and labor dispute, etc.
