"Asia M&A Forum 2012" was held in Island Shangri-La hotel, Hong Kong on February 22 & 23, 2012. GLO participated in this forum as a sponsor. JinRong Liu and David Fu, partners from our Beijing office, together with three special invited guests: Mr. Gang Wu, managing director of Investment Banking, ICBC International, Ms. Paulina Chan, General Counsel of CCB International, and Pinjie Ren, Senior VP of CITIC Capital, jointly made a wonderful speech - "China Factor in Global M&A" on the forum. The speech was highly praised by the participants and the host of the forum.

This forum was held jointly by International Financial and Law Review and Inter-Pacific Bar Association. Nearly 200 representatives from investment banks, commercial banks, international companies and PE funds in Asia Pacific Area attended this forum, some of them are our clients. Sponsoring and participating in this forum is an important activity of our firm to go abroad and develop international market.
