Xuelan Wang is specialized in mergers & acquisitions, offshore and onshore IPO, foreign investment, private equity/venture capital investment, capital market, general corporate matters, general banking, international syndication, acquisition financing, project financing, trading financing, aircraft and shipping financing, real estate financing, litigation, arbitration and etc. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Peking University School of Law in 1999, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Renmin University of China School of Law in 1991, major in civil and commercial law, and another Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The College of William and Mary School of Law in 2003 as well. Xuelan Wang was admitted not only in the New York .but also in the PRC.
