ALB Shanghai In-house Legal Summit 2010 was successfully held on October 14, 2010 in Shanghai Jinjiang Sofitel Hotel. Nearly 150 In-house consults from multinational corporations in China participated in this summit. During this summit, David Fu and Hai Huang; as well as Alan Zhou and George Wang delivered an English presentation entitled "Mergers & Acquisitions, Structures, Issues and Strategies".
