Global Law Office advised J.P. Morgan, HSBC, DBS Bank Ltd. and CITIC Securities International on the offering of CNY2.2 billion guaranteed senior notes by RKI Finance (2013) Limited and the listing of the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The notes are guaranteed by Road King Infrastructure Limited’s (1098.HK) and certain of its existing subsidiaries, which will be due in 2016 with an annual interest of 6%.
