Recently, on behalf of COAMC(China Orient Assets Management Corporation),Global finished an asset transfer to a foreign investor ---a famous investment bank.It is the first time in the similar deals occurred that PRC lawyers as the main designer and draftsman for a series of bidding documents engaged in NPL transfer to foreign investors,especially under the newly executed policies made by NDRC(National Development and Reform Commission) and SAFE(State Administration of Foreign Exchange).
