The Annual In-house Legal Summit for Chinese Corporations was successfully held on January 5th and 6th, 2013, in Beijing Grand Skylight CATIC Hotel.  Global Law Office joined this event as the co-organizer. Mr. Zhang Tao, a partner of our Beijing Office, delivered the keynote speech on “The Strategic Value of In-house Legal Department”. His speech was quite successful, very well received by all participants and the Host Organizer of this event, and achieved satisfactory marketing effects for Global Law Office.

In addition, Mr. David Fu, Mr. Haifeng Li and other partners of our Beijing Office were also present at this event. Along with Mr. Zhang Tao, they had real-time interactions with other guest participants.

Altogether, there were more than 100 Summit participants, including professional elites from in-house departments of domestic companies, partners of law firms, and some news media. This event not only provided us with a great promotional platform in terms of domestic legal market, but also enabled us to establish favorable preliminary connections with potential clients, such as State-owned enterprises.
