The first and largest game experience sharing website Aipai Youxi (www.aipai.com) has recently completed its new round of financing. Global Law Office acts as the legal counsel for Matrix Partners China, and has provided full range legal services for this round of financing.
Early in the end of 2009, Global Law Office has already provided full range legal services for Aipai’s first round of financing, acting as the legal counsel for CMHJ Partners.
Global Law Office has assisted these financings in building of offshore structure, registrations according to Circular No.75, preparing and negotiations of offshore transaction agreements and onshore restructuring documents, legal due diligence review and issuance of PRC legal opinions. The primary lawyers involved include Zhenyu NIU (partner, Beijing), Huifang JIANG (associate, Beijing) and Yan HUANG (associate, Beijing).
