Global Law Office has been appointed by China Agricultural Industry Development Fund (“CAIDF”) as its special legal counsel. At the beginning of this year of 2013, CAIDF was jointly established by the Ministry of Finance, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd, CITIC Group and the Agricultural Development Bank of China, with an initial size of RMB4 billion. As one of China’s largest agricultural industry funds, CAIDF focuses on investments in leading enterprises in the agriculture sector.
