Terratech Group Limited (“Terratech Group”), a producer of premium quality marble blocks and marble slabs and a subsidiary of Tritech Group Limited (a company incorporated in Singapore and listed on Catalist), is successfully listed on Catalist on July 30, 2014.  The Placement Shares comprising 43,500,000 New Shares and 65,200,000 Vendor Shares at S$0.27 for each Placement Share. 
 
PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is the sole sponsor and one of joint placement agents for this IPO.  The other one of joint placement agents is DMG & Partners Securities Pte. Ltd.
