From the end of 2004, Global on behalf of Tai Wan President Chain Store Corp. (“PCSC”) provides comprehensive legal services for PRSC investing in the business retail trade, which mostly wholly opened to foreign investors from the end of 2004 upon the promulgation of “Managing Measures on Foreign Investing on Trade Field”. Global’s legal services include doing legal due diligence, advising on the business structure, M&A and so on. PCSC, as a son company of Tai Wan President Corporation, operates 7-11 chain stores (over 3600 stores) in Tai Wan. PCSC has professional practicing experiences in retailing field and shows its ambition on mainland retailing market.
