Internet diamond distribution company Zbird completed its third round of private financing recently and raised tens of millions US Dollars. Global acted as the PRC counsel to Zbird. The workload of Global included conducting legal due diligence, reviewing the offshore and onshore transaction documents and issuing the PRC legal opinion. The primary lawyers involved include Zhenyu NIU (partner, Beijing), Wei LI (associate, Beijing) and Xiaoqing YANG (associate, Beijing). Global was engaged in Zbird’s all three round of private financing since 2007.
