Global Law Office advises HSBC, DBS Bank Ltd. and J.P. Morgan on the offering of US$350,000,000 9.875% guaranteed senior notes due in 2017 by Road King Infrastructure Finance (2012) Limited and the listing of the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The notes are guaranteed by Road King Infrastructure Limited’s (1098.HK) and certain of its existing subsidiaries. HSBC, DBS Bank Ltd. and J.P. Morgan are the joint book-runners and joint lead managers of this transaction.
