Focus Media Holding Limited (Nasdaq: FMCN) has completed its first follow-on offering of 2007. In this offering, Focus Media and certain of its shareholders offered an aggregate of 7,654,055 American Depositary Shares representing 76,540,550 Ordinary Shares of par value US$0.00005 per share at price of US$79.50 per ADS. Global Law Office was again retained by Focus Media and the selling shareholder to work on this offering as the PRC legal counsel. Global’s partners Mr. ZHANG Yu and Mr. LIU, Jinrong, with the assistance of Ms. HUI, Ying conducted legal due diligence and issued PRC legal opinion.
