How to Invest in China's Life Sciences and Internet Medicine

On July 20, 2020, a five-day Business Training Camp jointly organized by AstraZeneca, Wuxi International Life Science Innovation Park I · campus, Australian scientific institutions CSIRO, Australian Intellectual Property Office, Australian Trade and Investment Commission and Australian maker base will be launched online. As a guest speaker, global law firm was invited to attend the online seminar on July 22. Partners Zhou Lei and Huang Xuchun shared the theme of "how to invest in China's life science and internet medical field" in the legal sharing unit of the online seminar. This activity attracted many Australian enterprises from different industries to participate in the activity, and the response was warm.

Lawyer Zhou Lei, partner of global law firm, first gave an overview of the relevant legal framework in this activity. He elaborated on the main legal issues such as the "healthy China 2030" policy, the legal regulatory framework of life sciences, access to foreign investment, business model and licensing transactions. Mr. Huang Xuchun, a partner, gave a speech on legal issues related to internet medical operation. The two lawyers explained how to make overseas investment in China's life science and online medical field through data and policies from different aspects. They analyzed and interpreted the trend of policies and regulations in the field of life science and medical care in a professional way, discussed with participants and answered all-round questions about overseas investment. The participants said that they benefited a lot.
