Review | Insight Sharing of Progress in the Export Control Regime
September 27, 2020 (Sunday, working day) 14:00 - 16:50 Online

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly amended and released the Catalogue of Prohibited and Restricted Tech Export Items. It has been almost twelve years since its last revision. As an important part of China's technology trade management system, what is the significance of this adjustment? What are the considerations behind the adjustment? How will this affect the existing regulatory framework? What are the implications for future operations of foreign companies in China? In particular, what will be the impact on companies that are exporting or considering technology? Given this, the European Chamber Legal and Competition Working Group and LexisNexis cordially invite you to the next meeting re Insight Sharing of Progress in the Export Control Regime (in Chinese)

Please kindly note that this meeting will be held in the European Chamber Beijing and Shanghai offices via video facilities and will be Chinese language session only. If you would like to join the meeting online (via Zoom), please kindly scan below QR code. The Zoom link will be circulated later. Thank you for your patience in advance.
