In the financial field, Bing Bai has a wide range of ideas, concepts and rules for judicial organs to try financial cases, and provides legal services for more than ten banks, trusts, asset management companies, small loan companies and other financial institutions.

In the field of construction engineering, Bing Bai is well versed in the status and characteristics of owners, general contractors and subcontractors in the business model of construction projects. Provide legal services in due diligence, transaction structure design, business negotiation, dispute resolution, etc.

In the field of litigation and arbitration, Bing Bai has more than ten years of experience in civil enforcement, and is good at the organic  combination of preservation and litigation, non-litigation enforcement in the financial field, and reasonable control of nodes in preservation, litigation,  enforcement and business negotiations.

In the field of perennial legal counsel, Bing Bai is currently the perennial legal counsel of Meituan Select and Robin Hotel Management Company.

Bing Bai has served as a judge in the Higher People's Court, the Intermediate People's Court and the Basic People's Court. He also served as an arbitrator of Zigong Arbitration Commission and Qinzhou Arbitration Commission. In June 2016, he practiced at Sichuan Kangwei Law Firm as a full-time lawyer and partner. He joined Global Law Firm in February 2021.
