Eric is a partner of Global Law Firm based on Shenzhen, where his main practice focuses on dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), bankruptcy restructuring and non-performing assets, corporate and M&A, etc., He is especially good at handling legal affairs related to domestic and foreign listed companies, financial institutions and cross-border enterprises.
In the area of dispute resolution, Eric has led his legal team to handle hundreds of litigation, arbitration and other dispute matters. Eric has a keen insight into the commercial background and the position of the parties to the dispute, and is good at grasping the pace of negotiation and litigation/arbitration strategies, so as to protect the legitimate interests of clients in an efficient and direct manner in complex commercial disputes.

In the field of bankruptcy reorganization and non-performing assets, Eric has provided services to Bank of China Head Office, Cinda Asset, Huarong International, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Asset, Futian Investment Holdings, Shenzhen Futian District Housing and Construction Bureau, Penghua Fund, Tianhong Fund, Bohai Bank, Bank of Dongguan, a number of listed companies and controlling shareholders, a number of real estate companies and actual controllers, involving bankruptcy liquidation/ reorganization, debt restructuring, debtor crisis disposal, bankruptcy derivative litigation and other legal affairs.
In this type of legal work, Eric starts from the client's position and interest demands, and uses his experience in providing legal services for different subjects to provide the most stable and efficient solutions for clients. Representative cases include: HNA Group's series of restructuring cases, an industrial group restructuring case in Shenzhen, a landmark building enterprise liquidation case in Tianjin, and a debt restructuring case of a number of real estate companies in South China. In these cases, Eric has made positive contributions to solving the problem of enterprise deadlock and optimizing the allocation of social and economic resources.
