Grace Wang is specialized in the areas of capital markets (listing and bond issuance), PE/VC, M&A, and general corporate.

Grace has advised on a lot of capital market projects, including the initial public offering and listing of ZTO Express (ZTO) (2057.HK), Huize Insurance (HUIZ), Viomi Technology (VIOT), Yincheng International (1902.HK), assisted Geely group and SHK group in the issuance of bonds/notes in Singapore or Hong Kong and provided legal service for SRCB in its issuance of Tier 2 capital bonds. In addition, Grace has also advised many companies, such as ZTO Freight, ZTO Express, Lvyue Group, UP Clinic, Neusoft Corporation, on their financing, M&As and restructuring transactions and advised private equity investment funds, such as CRVV, Xiangcai Fund, Guangfa Fund, Riverhill Fund, on their investment projects. Grace has been deeply involved in designing deal structure, providing legal due diligence, negotiation, transaction documents drafting and closing assistance, general corporate affairs, and compliance matters. She has extensive experience dealing with legal issues in the fields of consumer industry, logistics and transportation, education, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, commercial retail, health and senior care, high technology, insurance, real estate, etc.

Grace joined Global Law Office in July 2020. Prior to joining Global, she worked at another red-circle PRC firm for many years in the areas of capital markets, M&A, PE/VC.
