Hai Huang has extensive experience in representing international and PRC companies in connection with their M&A, private equity/venture capital investment, foreign direct investment and capital markets transactions. In addition to the traditional manufacturing and services industries, Hai Huang has also represented companies in the emerging industries such as the Internet, mobile networks, value-added telecommunications, high-technology, education and clean energy.  In the area of M&A, Hai Huang worked not only for multinational companies such as Shell, GE, Nokia, Cadbury, Pfizer, he also represented China Mobile, Huawei Technologies and other PRC State-owned and private companies in connection with their PRC transactions. In the area of private equity/venture capital, in addition to representing investors including Temasek, Actis, Avenue, Macquarie, Citic PE, IDG, DFJ, he also helps the newly formed startup companies and their founders in connection with venture capital financing.  In the area of capital markets, Hai Huang represented either issuers or the underwriters/sponsors in many initial public offering, follow-on offering and debt offering transactions on the stock exchanges including NYSE, NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  Hai Huang is a member of our firm’s management committee.
