Haiyan Yu has more experience and achievements in litigation, and served as counsel for several companies. “Yang Jinhong No.1” kiwi plant new variety disputes have been selected the top 10 typical cases of Chengdu Middle court and Sichuan High court, also the top 20 typical cases of judicial protection of the seed industry of the Supreme Court, and 100 typical cases on the fifth anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Court Intellectual Property Division in 2022. The Qiao Ruth BJD doll copyright dispute case was selected as the Top 10 of typical cases of Sichuan High court, and included as China Copyright typical cases in 2021; “Tower brand” trademark disputes were included the Top 10 of cases against unfair competition Sichuan High court from 2019 to 2021. “Dongfang Electric”, the competition disputes were selected as the top 10 typical cases of Sichuan High Court in 2022.
