His experience covers sectors including real estate, auto parts manufacturing, logistics, equipment manufacturing, pharma and health care and TMT. He is experienced and skillful in designing and executing deal structure and terms, to effectively minimize legal exposures and save costs in association with the transaction, and to ensure the best interests of the clients.
Hao Dong also has extensive experience in labor-related matters, government investigations and corporate compliance, as well as dispute resolution matters.
