In the banking and finance sector, Haoyan Yang has rich legal practice experience, representing numerous financial institutions in providing professional consulting and solutions for high-risk and complex legal matters. He has provided comprehensive financing legal consultation for multiple PPP projects and handled several local bond issuance projects.

 

In terms of debt restructuring and bankruptcy, Yang has been involved in several bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization projects as an administrator, successfully achieving debt restructuring and ensuring the continuous operation and development of enterprises. He has repeatedly represented Tianfu Bank and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Sichuan Branch as a creditor in bankruptcy litigation, promoting the realization of claims.
