Hong Jiang specializes in the study and practice of commercial dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in handling complex and high-profile domestic and international arbitration cases. The types of disputes she handles include investment & financing, equity transactions, foreign investment, finance & securities, international trade, technology transfer &licensing, real estate, pharmaceuticals & health care and energy. Hong Jiang represented clients including multinational companies, foreign-invested enterprises, private equity investment funds and large state-owned and private enterprises before all levels of PRC courts and various arbitration institutions, and the rules applicable to the arbitration involve China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration, Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules.
Hong Jiang currently serves as panel arbitrator at HKIAC, CIETAC, China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), SHIAC, SCIA, etc. Since 2004, Hong Jiang has handled over 400 arbitration cases in domestic and international arbitration institutions as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitration or party-appointed arbitrator.
