Mr. Zhu specializes in PE/VC, corporate and M&A, regulatory and compliance, banking and finance.

Mr. Zhu works with prominent multinational corporations and PRC enterprises in the fields of internet, financial services, hotel, education, advertising, automobile, consumer products pharmaceuticals and petrochemical. He has advised companies on their incorporation to IPO, sale, or merger, as well as daily operation.

Mr. Zhu's recent experience in the area of disputes resolution includes representing domestic companies and multinational companies on their cross-border investment projects, as well as compliance investigation and dispute resolution in connection with contract enforcement, share redemption, and shareholder and senior management infringement.

Before joining Global Law Office, Mr. Zhu practiced in Shanghai office of King & Wood Mallesons. He has also previously practiced with Cuatrecasas, Gononecas Pereira.
