Jiawei Su is an of counsel based in Shenzhen office and specialized in M&A, private equity investment & financing as well as capital markets related matters, and represented clients from a wide range of industries, including biomedicine, medical equipment, new energy, automobiles, smart manufacturing, semiconductor, etc.

Jiawei Su has extensive experience in A-share IPO , private equity investment & financing and M&A and refinancing of listed companies and has participated    in numerous projects, which include the public offering and listing of Lucky Harvest (002965), Eaglerise (002922) and Genbyte (003028), the backdoor listing of Aikosolar (600732), the non-public offering of stocks of Aikosolar (600732) and Lucky Harvest (002965), the public issuance of convertible corporate bonds of Lucky Harvest (002965), representing Ping An Life Insurance of its acquisition of CFLD (600340), representing Zhao Shang Hui He of its investment in Hodgen Technology (300279), the 2021 public corporate bonds issuance of Gemdale (600383) and the restricted stock incentives of Lucky Harvest (002965).

Prior to joining Global, Jiawei Su worked with Zhong Lun Law Firm in the areas of securities, M&A and PE/VC.
