In the field of real estate property operation, Jing Ma has provided legal services for Guazi Used Cars, GuoRui Properties, ByteDance, etc., including due diligence, leasing, and property management.

In the field of real estate and construction, Jing Ma has provided legal services for the EPC project of SK Hynix Semiconductor Factory and the school project of G30 GROUP, including project bidding, contract drafting and modification, project management and settlement.
