Kevin Suo is an accountant in the Global Law Office International Trade team. He is specialized in trade remedy matters in international trade, such as antidumping, countervailing duty, anti-circumvention and safeguard investigations.

Kevin Suo is experienced in the SAS statistics and analysis software used by the U.S. Department of Commerce for dumping margin calculation, as well as the Python+Pandas programming language for data analysis. As an accounting professional, he is in charge of the preparation of questionnaire responses, strategy designing and implementation, surrogate values and benchmark analyzing, dumping margin and subsidy margin tests, Case Brief and Rebuttal Brief drafting, as well as Injury analysis.

Kevin Suo has engaged in the mandatory responses on behalf of Chinese companies in more than 20 antidumping and countervailing duty cases initiated by the United States, the European Union, India, Australia and Taiwan against China. He has also engaged in mandatory responses on behalf of foreign companies in multiple antidumping and countervailing cases initiated by China. These investigations involve a variety of industries, such as steel, aluminum, chemical, casting, pharmaceutical, tires, solar cells, glass, paper products, and food additives.

Kevin Suo joined Global Law Office in September 2018. Prior to joining Global Law Office, Kevin Suo worked with Guangsheng & Partners Law Offices for 8 years in international trade remedy matters.
