Attorney Lu Xiang is a resident lawyer at the Shanghai office of Global Law Office, specializing in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate and Construction, Private Equity and Investment Funds, Compliance and Risk Control. Attorney Lu's clientele primarily consists of companies in asset management, real estate, retail, and manufacturing sectors, most of which are leading entities in their respective fields.

In the area of Corporate and M&A, Attorney Lu has participated in and led the legal due diligence and negotiations for hundreds of M&A deals. Notably, He represented Global Logistic Properties (“GLP”) on its strategic investment in the private equity investment arm of China Merchants Group (China Merchants Capital), acquiring 50% stake of China Merchants Capital. This deal won the  “Deal of the Year (Asia) 2019” by Private Equity Real Estate (“PERE”).

In the area of Private Equity and Investment Funds, Attorney Lu has assisted clients in raising and investing substantial amounts, with a collective value exceeding ten billion yuan. His services extend beyond fund raising and investment, offering full-spectrum management support including fund registration, periodic information disclosure, fund liquidation and dissolution, and regulatory compliance.

Furthermore, Attorney Lu offers legal services related to daily legal governance and risk control, including but not limited to responding to clients' routine legal inquiries involving company law, foreign exchange, labor law, production safety, internet, etc., as well as providing legal opinions, memoranda, and attorney letters for specific issues raised by clients.
