Nicole Gong graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University and Peking University. Nicole Gong has extensive practical experience in dispute resolution, especially in arbitration.
Nicole Gong is adept at designing litigation and arbitration strategies for her clients based on the characteristics of the cases and the mindset of adjudicator. She has represented clients in many complex cases before all levels of PRC courts and various domestic arbitration institutions, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the Shanghai International Arbitration Center and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. She has also been engaged in a number of international arbitration cases before renowned international arbitration institutions, such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the German Arbitration Institute. The types of disputes she handles include finance and investment, M&A, IP license, international sale of goods and etc..
Before joining GLO, Nicole Gong worked for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for 6 years, during which she managed over 200 domestic and foreign-related arbitration cases as counsel.
