Peiou Shen is based in Global Law Shanghai Office, mainly practices in dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and judicial enforcement procedures, specializing in the areas such as real estate and construction, labor and employment, corporate compliance, marriage and family etc.

Peiou Shen worked in the court for 11 years before joining Global. She has rich experience in trial practice and has tried more than 1800 civil and commercial cases (including but not limited to disputes related to real estate sales, shop leasing, corporate, contracts, torts, personality rights, division of common property, etc.), and has won many awards from the Shanghai High People’s Court and got Excellent Civil Servants, Star of Trial Work and other honors. Peiou Shen has a profound knowledge of law and pays attention to theoretical research. Her essays have won many awards or published in various journals.

After joining Global, Peiou Shen is mainly engaged in dispute resolution, labor and employment, and family affairs. Her clients include Vanke Group, Powerlong Group, SRE Group, Hasbro, Ningbo Semiconductor Internation Corporation, Saf Bon, etc.

Peiou Shen joined Global Law Office in 2022. Before joining Global, she worked in a court in Shanghai for 11 years as a judge.
