Peitao Li has engaged in the mandatory responses on behalf of numerous Chinese enterprises in the anti-dumping, countervailing and anti-circumvention cases initiated by the United States, the European Union, UK, India, Australia, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, Vietnam, and Taiwan Distract etc. She has also advised many multinational companies from South Africa, Australia, and other countries and regions in responding to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations in China. These investigations involve a variety of industries, such as iron and steel, photovoltaic, petrochemical, tires, electronic, textile, pharmaceutical, and light industrial products.
Peitao Li is mainly in charge of strategy analysis, questionnaire response, dumping margin and subsidy margin tests, injury analysis, surrogate value and benchmark analysis, as well as case briefs and rebuttal briefs. She can provide advice on all matters affecting trade and customs, including but not limited to WTO trade policy, and wrong classification and export control issues. She has rich experience in communicating with government officials from various countries, possesses comprehensive international financial and legal expertise, and understands International Accounting Standards and relevant laws and regulations in different regions. She is familiar with both plaintiff’s perspectives and defense angles in cases from different countries, proficient in conducting data analysis for clients, providing comprehensive assistance from legal and financial perspectives to ensure the planning, and implementation of each case so that it can proceed smoothly.
