Peter Deng is specialized in capital markets, PE/VC, M&A and FDI. Industries in which he has been involved include manufacturing, hi-tech, telecom, Internet, real estate, retail and pharmaceutical, etc.

Peter Deng has advised on the restructuring and securities offering of dozens of enterprises at overseas stock markets, including Wuzhou International, Hydoo International, Time2U. In the field of PE/VC, Mr. Deng has been significantly involved in a number of investment projects of SCGC, CGNPC, Qiming and Tencent.
