Qin Zhu has advised on several equity and debt offerings, merger and acquisition of listed corporation on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and National equities exchange and quotations, and also advised on the deals related to PE/VC, fund formation, M&A, reorganization of VIE structure. These transactions have covered a wide range of industries, including TMT, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, high technology, mining, power, trade, real estate, banking and financial services, game industry, IDC, shipping and water service, etc.
In the area of capital market, Qin Zhu has participated in the following representative projects, such as the A shares IPO projects of Hopewind Electric, Avary Holding, Bank of Guiyang, China Film, Baofeng Group, the applications of public transfers of shares in the NEEQ markets of Zhonghao Ziyun, CEC Environmental Practice and Biochem, IDG’s acquisition of Sichuan Shuangma by way of tender offer, private offering or public offering of A shares, convertible bonds, preferred shares, financial debts by Bank of Ningbo, private offering of financial debts of Bank of Chonqing, Hankore Enviroment’s acquisition of water services controlled by Everybright International, permanent legal counsel to B+H shares listed company Yitai Coal (including capital market, investment and regulation).
In the area of investment, Qin Zhu has participated in the following representative projects, such as Jiangxi Copper’s acquisition of First Quantum, KKR’s investment in Yuguan agriculture, Yuguan agriculture’s acquisition of Sylvan, China Mobile Capital’s investment in Qingniu software and Ucloud, CICC Capital’s investment in Guobo Electric, SIDC’s investment in Cixing Group, NICF’s acquisition of China Wafer Level CSP, Xiaomi Capital’s investment in Shenzhen Xinghe etc.
Qin Zhu joined Global Law Office in July 2013, working as an associate until July 2017, and rejoined Global Law Office in August 2019.During the gap years, Qin Zhu worked with another top legal firm.
