Qingli is good at dealing with disputes and inquiries in the relevant areas such as investment and financing disputes, disputes over company and shareholders’ rights and interests, contract disputes, commercial leasing disputes, financial lending and borrowing disputes, trust and fund disputes, intellectual property rights disputes, labor disputes of senior officers and other labor disputes, group litigation, disposal of non-performing assets, and bankruptcy and liquidation, etc. The representative clients that Qingli has served include China Construction 7th Engineering Division. Corp. Ltd., China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd., Hailiang Group, Baolong Group, Vanke Mehos, Taopu Smart City, Shanghai Film Group, Red Star Macalline and many other large companies.
Qingli has handled several lawsuits for the founding shareholder of a listed company, such as arbitration of VAM disputes, cancellation of resolutions of shareholders’ meetings, and regaining of the company’s control, saving a loss of more than RMB 800 million; acting for a trust company to handle the application and enforcement of notarized claims, and successfully completed collection of more than RMB 800 million of creditors’ rights; acting for China Construction 7th Engineering Division. Corp. Ltd., Vanke Mehos and other companies to deal with several construction contract disputes; handling land use right transfer disputes and administrative litigations for a number of real estate enterprises; acting for Hailiang Group to deal with dozens of commercial housing pre-sale group litigations; acting for Red Star Macalline in handling several disputes over commercial commissions and acquisition projects; acting for asset management institutions such as China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd., Tibet Trust and Dongxing Investment to handle several projects of disposal of non-performing assets; providing whole-process legal services for Shanghai Taopu Central Greenland underground project, intelligent science and technology platform project, Taopu Smart City core area land pollution restoration project and other municipal infrastructure projects.
