Qingli Wang mainly practices in dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and judicial enforcement procedures, specializing in the fields such as real estate and construction, corporate and M&A, debt restructuring and liquidation / bankruptcy and intellectual property.

 

With rich practical experiences, Qingli Wang represented clients in hundreds of commercial litigation, arbitration and judicial enforcement cases and has advised massive municipal infrastructure projects and well-known enterprises in daily compliance matters. Qingli Wang specializes in advising and handling disputes in areas such as construction engineering, real property development, sales and lease, corporate disputes, international trade, IP, disposition of non-performing assets and bankruptcy and liquidation.

 

Qingli Wang represented China Construction 7th Engineering Division. Corp. Ltd and Vanke Mehos in multiple construction contract disputes respectively, Hai Liang Group in dozens of commodity housing pre-sale group lawsuits, Redstar Macalline in several commercial entrustment management and acquisition disputes, GWAMCC and TTCO Trust in handling several non-performing assets disposition projects, and provided full legal service for Shanghai Taopu Central Greenland project and other municipal infrastructure projects.

Work Experience

Qingli Wang joined Global Law Office in 2018. Prior to joining Global, Qingli Wang worked in two other well-known law firms.
