Selina Shan is an of counsel of the Global Law Office International Trade team. She is specialized in international trade remedy and disputes matters, such as anti-dumping, countervailing duty, anti-circumvention, safeguard measures, WTO disputes, import and export trade dispute handling, customs law, competition law, etc.

Selina Shan has more than ten years of experience in international trade, especially in the field of international trade remedies. She advised many multinational companies from the United States, the European Union, Japan, Korea, India and other countries and regions in responding to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations in China. She has also represented dozens of Chinese enterprises in responding to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations initiated by the United States, the European Union, India, Turkey, Taiwan and other countries and regions. The areas involved include chemical, iron and steel, pharmaceutical, mechanical and electrical, agricultural products, light industry and many other industries. Most of the cases have obtained satisfactory results and have been highly evaluated by the clients.

Selina Shan joined Global Law Office in September 2018. Prior to joining Global Law Office, she worked with Guangsheng & Partners Law Offices in international trade remedy matters.
