Shino Hu is specialized in the areas of aviation field and aircraft transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, FDI, wealth management, general corporate matters, etc. 

In the aviation field, Shino has advised on more than a hundred transactions of various types over the years, including aircraft purchase, aircraft importation, leasing and financing, M&A, and aviation industrial park development and investment and the clients she advises include commercial airlines, general aviation enterprises, business jet owners, private bank, leasing companies and aircraft operators. In the field of FDI, she has advised a number of international companies in making investments in the industries of auto components and real estate in China. In general corporate matters, she advises a number of international companies for their daily operation and business.

Prior to joining GLO in 2017, Ms. Hu worked in China Business Aviation Groupsince 2012.
