Ms. Zuo is a partner based in our Shanghai office specializing in real estate, construction, M&A, general corporate matters, litigation/ arbitration.

Ms. Zuo has extensive experience in dealing with legal affairs and investment matters for real estate. Ms. Zuo mainly provides legal services on M&A, litigations and general corporate matters. Her clients include Vanke, V-Capital, Shanghai Hengda, Sunkwan Group, Harbour City Group, Zhang Jiang Group, Hai Liang Group, Star-Capital, China Railway Group, China Construction 7th Engineering Division. Corp. Ltd and other world top 500 corporations.

Ms. Zuo has served companies in the industries of real estate, construction, design and involves automobiles, entertainment, sports, etc.

Prior to joining GLO, Ms. Zuo worked with Vanke Ltd. (Shanghai), dealing with legal and investment matters. Ms. Zuo also founded a law firm as one of the founding partners.
